Rob Knake
Co-Founder | Chief Executive Officer
Rob Knake is CEO of TPO Global and a leading authority on U.S. cybersecurity strategy and governance. In his prior role, he was Deputy National Cyber Director at the White House, where he spearheaded the National Cybersecurity Strategy and the government’s first cyber budget priorities. In earlier Federal service, he served as Director for Cybersecurity Policy at the National Security Council. In the private sector he has advised Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and startups on cybersecurity. He is a strategic advisor to Paladin Capital Group and a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Tarah Wheeler
Co-Founder | Chief Security Officer
Widely recognized as a thought leader in cybersecurity, Wheeler currently serves as Senior Fellow for Global Cyber Policy at the Council on Foreign Relations, contributing to international cyber strategy discussions. She has been a Fulbright Cybersecurity Scholar and continues to influence the industry through board service (including on the Electronic Frontier Foundation’s Board) and publications. In consulting engagements, Tarah Wheeler brings a unique combination of deep technical credibility and high-level policy insight. She helps clients—from tech startups to government agencies—navigate complex cyber threats and regulatory challenges, delivering actionable guidance to bolster their security posture. With her blend of offensive security expertise and executive perspective, Wheeler is a sought-after advisor who equips organizations to proactively manage cyber risks and respond decisively to security incidents.

Jessica Hebenstreit
Jessica Hebenstreit is the AVP of Information Security at Benevity, where she leads enterprise security strategy and operations. With more than 20 years of experience, she has built and modernized security programs across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. She previously held senior security leadership roles at Eptura, Secureworks, and Booz Allen Hamilton, and has contributed to the security success of major organizations including American Express and Mayo Clinic.
Jessica specializes in Security Operations, Incident Response, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), security engineering and architecture, and vulnerability management. She currently holds the GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) and is in the process of renewing her CRISC. She has also previously held the CISSP and GNFA certifications. She is recognized for aligning cybersecurity programs with business objectives while strengthening resilience and regulatory compliance.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Jessica is actively engaged in the security community as a Defcon Goon and conference volunteer, mentoring and supporting the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.

Edna Conway
Edna M. Conway is a globally recognized leader in cybersecurity, risk management, and supply chain resilience who has shaped the future of secure digital infrastructure across Fortune 10 technology companies. As CEO of EMC Advisors, she provides strategic counsel to CEOs, boards of directors, and governments worldwide on critical issues spanning third-party risk management, operational security, AI governance, and enterprise transformation.

Tilde Lowengrimm
Tilde Lowengrimm is dedicated to making the life-altering power of technology safe & trustworthy for everyone to use. With a variety of experience from the front lines to the back office, Tilde meets people where they are to lead without authority, communicating with empathy & compassion to unite diverse experts around ambitious goals and thorny problems.
Tilde has a BA from Princeton at the intersection of computer science and politics. They worked on privacy & public policy at Mozilla, coordinated a distributed & paranoid team at the Tor Project, developed the technology program and inaugurated the emergency response team at the Committee to Protect Journalists, built yet another privacy-first web browser at Brave, and brought specific expert security advice to at risk individuals & small organizations at Tall Poppy & Red Queen Dynamics respectively. There's a good chance that some of their non-public work has helped keep you and your devices safe & sound.
It's been several years since Tilde retired as an emergency medicine instructor and hung up their stethoscope as technical rescuer & medic. But when they need to step away from the keyboard and touch grass, Tilde keeps their wilderness first responder certification current… just in case.

Chrissa Constantine
Chrissa Constantine is a cybersecurity expert with deep specialization in application security, penetration testing, vulnerability management, ransomware forensics, and incident response. She has performed advanced red and blue team operations, guided security assessments in enterprise environments, and developed incident response playbooks addressing real-world threats. Chrissa has published in CSO Online, GovInfoSecurity, BankInfoSecurity, PenTest Magazine, and Hakin9, and is a founding officer of the ISC² Central New Mexico Chapter.
In 2023, she was the 1st place winner of the GreyNoise NoiseFest CTF under her handle t3mp3st. In 2024,Chrissa completed Hack The Box’s Dante Pro Lab, a professional training environment requiring compromise of 14 Linux and Windows hosts in a simulated Active Directory enterprise. Chrissa is one of the collaborators with the NIST NCCoE DevSecOps project, contributing her expertise to advancing secure software practices. She holds CISSP, CEH, and GIAC GWAPT certifications, and is active in OWASP and security training communities.

Nathan Case
Nathan Case is a globally recognized security architect and former AWS security practitioner, known for establishing foundational security practices used by millions of cloud customers, protecting critical infrastructure from nation-state threats, and pioneering secure cloud adoption for the U.S. Department of Defense. He authored the widely-cited "Top 10 Security Items to Improve in Your AWS Account," and shaped AWS's approach to incident response and threat detection.
