As the Head of AI Security Services at TPO Group and a faculty member at IANS Research, his expertise spans cyber strategy, AI risks, municipal cyber defense, technology supply chains, industrial cybersecurity (ICS/OT), and identity deception. He is known for a practical, forward-looking approach that emphasizes resilience, trust, and collaborative strategies across public and private sectors.
His career is defined by a rare blend of public and private sector experience, including serving as the first Director of Cyber Risk for the City of New York, leading global intelligence teams in dark web monitoring, and advising startups and think tanks. He has pioneered efforts in areas such as developing a "Richter scale" for critical infrastructure cyber incidents, mapping the supply chain of AI, tracking intersecting regulatory risk, and advancing open source software security.
