CJ Radford
Executive in Residence, GTM
CJ Radford builds the revenue engines that connect cybersecurity companies to the market: channel programs, strategic alliances, and go-to-market architectures that scale from pre-revenue startups to global enterprises.
As Executive in Residence, GTM at TPO Group, CJ advises clients on channel strategy, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market execution, drawing on more than 15 years building and leading these functions inside cybersecurity companies.
Previously, CJ led strategic partnerships at Halcyon, an anti-ransomware platform, where he built the company's incident response partner program, launched cloud co-sell motions with AWS and Microsoft, and architected its cyber insurance go-to-market. Before that, he was Global Vice President of Channel Sales & Alliances at Claroty, growing ARR to $106M (109% of quota) and launching co-sell programs with AWS, CrowdStrike, and Rockwell Automation, work that earned him recognition as a 2024 CRN Channel Chief. Earlier, CJ held global channel and alliances leadership roles at Thales and Vormetric, where he helped position Vormetric for its $475M acquisition by Thales, and at Symantec.
CJ began his career in M&A and private equity at Bear Stearns, J.H. Whitney, and Parallel Investment Partners, experience that gives him a distinct lens on how go-to-market decisions compound into enterprise value. He is also an Operator LP at Rebellion Ventures, backing early-stage AI and autonomy companies. CJ holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
