Senior Security Architect

Jeff Spinney designs enterprise security architecture for organizations that cannot afford to get it wrong. He joined TPO Group in July 2026 after serving as Director of Security Architecture at CohnReznick, where he led the firm's architecture practice. Before that he built enterprise security programs at Werfen North America and spent more than eight years as an Enterprise Security Architect at Liberty Mutual Insurance, covering a portfolio that ranged from cloud migration to identity and threat modeling. His career started on the product side, with nearly eleven years as a Senior Product Security Architect at CA Technologies, where he embedded security into software rather than bolting it on afterward. Jeff holds a Computer Science degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, is a Certified Scrum Product Owner, and a Certified Information Systems security Professional.
